movement is now underway. It should be opposed by all truly patriotic
Americans.

Shuping not only opposes a fourth term; he is bitterly opposed to a third term.
Before that he was opposed to a second term. In fact he opposed most of the
policies of the Roosevelt first term.
Recruits.
Despite the opposition of Shuping, Roosevelt carried NC with an overwhelming
majority. The problem of the Anti-Roosevelt democrats is to gain recruits.
