the law on the subject and found out that the Federal Courts and the Supreme
Court of the U.S. had held that such an action could not be maintained and he
prepared a brief on the subject. Prepared and filed in each court a ‘motion to
vacate the orders made by the Republican party to try to unseat Bailey from his
senate seat and recount all Votes, got case against Bailey dismissed after a full
hearing.
